Using the website

You can use the property analysis tools without creating an account. This site does not currently provide a lead submission form. Our hosting provider processes technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested pages and browser details, to deliver and protect the website.

Amounts entered in Deal Analyzer, Rent vs Buy and Payment Planner are calculated in your browser and are not submitted to us or included in analytics events. Area, property-type and bedroom filters may appear in shareable page URLs. Do not put personal or sensitive information in URLs.

Optional analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics measures activity such as page views, scrolls, outbound links, video interactions, file downloads, tool openings, developer profile views, area selections, filter changes, comparisons and calculator use. Custom events exclude calculator amounts and free-text inputs. It may use cookies and process device, browser and approximate location information. Analytics is not loaded until you choose Allow analytics. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in this site's tag configuration.

You can decline without losing access to the tools. Use Privacy choices to change your selection. Withdrawing permission stops future analytics on this browser and removes this site's Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase information already processed by Google. See Google's Privacy Policy for information about its processing.

Browser storage and external services

We store your analytics choice in this browser so that the site can remember it. Map views request map resources from external map providers identified on our sources and methodology page. Those providers receive technical information needed to fulfil the request. Links to other sites are governed by their own privacy notices.

Email contact

If you email us, your address and message are processed in our Google Workspace mailbox for handling your enquiry. Do not send identity documents, payment details or other sensitive information by email. For privacy questions or requests concerning a message you have sent, contact hello@dubairealestate.app.
